Zoom Drain of Hillsboro and Southern Ohio is looking for an experienced Plumber/Field Service Technician to join our team. The candidate will be based out of our Hillsboro office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of their equipment.

The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner. Perform repairs or replacements on plumbing systems, including underground piping, cleanouts and fixtures. Accurately diagnose plumbing, drain and sewer issues, including clogs, blockages and line damage.
Operate necessary plumbing tools to complete jobs
Operate high velocity jetters, cable machines, and camera inspection equipment.
Perform thorough video inspections and document findings for customers and service records.
Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.
Create reports of customer service calls. Make suggestions for equipment upgrades while maintaining the current inventory, including vans and trucks.
Communicate clearly with customers about diagnoses, services performed, and any necessary follow ups.
Provide estimates, explain service options, and offer solutions with professionalism and care.
Build customer confidence and trust with expert knowledge and a helpful attitude.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
Ability to lift to 55 pounds
Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
